How To Use

Place the jar beside the bed and remove the lid thirty minutes to anhour before retiring to allow the fragranceto fill the room. As you turn out the light, either replace the lid and reopen if restlessnessreturnsduring the night or simply leave openthroughout the night to ensure an uninterruptedrejuvenatingslumber.

How Long Does The FragranceLast?

The stones come already infused with the beautiful blend of Lavender & Chamomile that will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. But don't worry, you can top-up the fragrance with our Sleep Stone refresher oil,to keep the aroma levels at their most effective.Just add 2-3 capfulsevery few weeks to maintain optimum aroma levels.
